How to Take Advantage of This Opportunity

    1. Select an exhibit table, advertising, or combination package. Reservation form, payment, and all other materials must be received by IWPR by June 1, 2003.
    2. Make check or money order payable to Institute for Women's Policy Research or complete the credit card payment section.

Exhibitor Package Information

    Option E1: Staffed Corporate Table-$500 per table
    Option E2: Staffed Government Table-$350 per table
    Option E3: Staffed Small Business or Non-Profit Table-$250 per table (Small businesses or nonprofits should contact IWPR for more details)
    Option E4: Literature Display-$50 (Literature exhibitors are limited to 2 stacks of material)
    Option E5: Tote Bag Inserts-$100 (For inclusion in conference tote bags to be given to registrants; materials should be sent to IWPR)

Exhibit Fees Include

One 6' x 3' table with skirt, two chairs, and one wastebasket for Exhibit Options E1, E2, and E3.
Access to conference sessions for one person for Exhibit E1, E2, and E3. Additional exhibitors must register to participate.
Access to more than 600 conference participants and prime location in conference venue.
Exhibitor's name listed in the conference program.
Continental breakfast Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings.

Previous IWPR conferences have drawn the participation of groups such as Riggs Bank, the U.S. Census Bureau, Avon, the Economic Policy Institute, the National Council of Women's Organizations, Fannie Mae Foundation, the National Women's Political Caucus, Feminist Majority, Llamas Bookstore, and the American Civil Liberties Union.

Sunday June 22:
Set up/Installation 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Exhibit Hours 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Monday June 23:
Exhibit Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday June 24:
Exhibit Hours 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
Break down 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm

Exhibit tables must be staffed during Exhibit Hall hours.

Advertiser Package Information
Advertisements in the conference program will promote your organization to the participants and attendees while helping you create new relationships beyond the event. Please return this form with camera ready (hardcopy) artwork and payment to IWPR. If you use QuarkXpress 5.0 or lower, Pagemaker 7.0 or lower, or have a PDF version of your advertisement (fonts and art included), you may e-mail it directly to conference@iwpr.org.
