Tiffany joined IWPR in 2010 as Senior Outreach and Policy Associate. She is involved primarily with IWPR’s Student Parent Success Initiative, a multi-pronged effort to improve postsecondary access, retention, and completion for low-income student parents. Prior to joining IWPR, Tiffany served as the Director of Policy and Programs for Women Work!, the largest national network of education and job training programs for women. Previously, Tiffany also worked at the National Governors Association, Center for Best Practices, where she provided research and policy analysis to state officials and gubernatorial staff on human services and workforce development topics. In addition, she spent more than five years at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, researching and evaluating federal human services, workforce development and education programs, including TANF, Head Start, Reading First and various employment and training programs at the request of Congress. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
