Caroline Dobuzinskis comes to IWPR from National Association of County and City Health Officials, where she was a Communications Specialist on H1N1. Prior to that, she worked at Island Press, where she coordinated events and press coverage for books on green building and urban planning. Caroline has a Master’s in Publishing from Simon Fraser University and a bachelor of journalism from Carleton University in Canada.
