"I was impressed by the variety of sessions and subjects discussed. Gender inequality is a battle to be fought on multiple fronts, and it was useful to see how women in different fields promote the ideals of equality. The conference emphasized the importance of research, and I believe this conference will provide the network to exchange information and knowledge on women's issues."

-Athina Vlachantoni, Oxford University

"The speakers were strong and inspired hope through action…What a boost! Looking forward to next time!"

-Jillynn Stevens, Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies

"IWPR, as a 'role model' institution, gives good advice on how to promote advocacy strategies based on empirical research evidence."

-Mercedes Barquet, El Colegio di Mexico
